Sport has been a huge part of my life since I was 11. I represented England from the age of 14 to 20 and have spent the last 5 years playing professional football. Along the way, I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
My training approach is designed to not only build physical strength and endurance but also to enhance mental resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset. My goal is to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident — not just for a few weeks, but for life.
