My name is Charles and I've been in the gym for over 39 years. I've been a certified trainer for 15 years. My specialties are bodybuilding, TABATA and general fitness for all ages. I can help you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals, as I can also help you with nutrition. I understand that life happens, and can derail you momentarily...but I will help you get back on your feet and back on your path of fitness and health. I love seeing my clients achieve their fitness and helath goals, and that's what keeps me going as well. 

My family history consists of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and a range of acquired health issues. I started working out at the age of 17 in college, and was hooked. I could see that if I didn't make my health a priority, I'd be down the same path as many of my family members. I'm 56 now, and in the best health of my life. I attribute that to my pursuit of fitness when I was 17. I'll never quit my health, and will never quit my clients' goals. Once a client of mine, always a client of mine...meaning, I'm here to provide advice even after you're done paying for sessions :). I'm here to help.

Fun Facts: Hmmmm....where shall I start? I'm also a professional musician (flute, piano, voice), I have my degree in flute performance, I'm an audiobook producer and voice-over artist, and love to cook. Currently I'm an insurance broker full-time, as personal training isn't providing the financial security I need right now, but the goal is for it to become full -time :). I'm married with 3 adult kids.
