I am a highly motivated and purpose-driven individual with a passion for business, personal development, and helping others achieve their goals. With a degree in Sociology from the University of Manchester, I developed a strong understanding of human psychology and behaviour, which continues to shape my approach to coaching, content creation, and community engagement.

During my time at university, I immersed myself in fitness, joining both the gym community and the Boxing Society, where I gained valuable insights into the physical and mental benefits of discipline, resilience, and teamwork. Over the past two years, I have worked as a fitness coach, specialising in powerbuilding and supporting individuals in improving both their physical performance and mental well-being.

My growing interest in the digital space has led me to combine my passions for fitness, creativity, and business through online content creation. I focus on producing entertaining and informative content that inspires others, while also allowing me to explore branding, audience engagement, and entrepreneurial strategy.

Beyond fitness, I enjoy reading, cooking, and continuous self-discovery through new experiences and meeting new people. I believe that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, and I actively seek opportunities to challenge myself and learn.

Throughout my teenage years, I volunteered with CISV, an international charity, where I ran seminars focused on human rights, income inequality, education, and sustainable development. This experience strengthened my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, as well as my commitment to making a positive impact.

Overall, I bring a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others win, and a growth-focused mindset. I am excited to contribute to a team where I can combine my interests in business, psychology, and creative problem-solving to drive meaningful results.

Fun Facts: I love cooking. It is one of my passions outside of fitness. Fuelled from my passion to explore other cultures, I enjoy intertwining macro friendly meals and trying new recipes in my spare time. I currently volunteer at a homeless shelter, and work as part of a team in the kitchen using naturally harvested resources to support those with less money. I also used to be a cook in a homeless shelter whilst I was practicing for my PT qualification. I have learnt how to cook a range of meals from rice and peas, to maqluba, to a full English roast and a brown stew chicken recipe. Cooking helps me to relax, and also allows me to explore my creative side. Alongside this, because of my knowledge in the culinary arts, I am able to create and enjoy a variety of meals that also support my training goals.
