About me: I’m passionate about connecting with women and helping them thrive in their health journeys. Having overcome PCOS and now being post-menopause myself, I deeply understand the challenges women face. I run my own menopause and women's health café, creating a supportive space for women to learn and share. Fitness has been a lifelong passion—I’ve been in the industry since 2007, starting with teaching aerobics, Zumba, and Pilates. Today, I specialise in helping women over 40 embrace strength training, posture, mobility, and hormone health, empowering them to feel confident, strong, and in control of their bodies.
