My private gym studio is the only one in Central London that offers:
Therapeutic equipment designed for specific treatments, including physiotherapy, balance improvement, reflexology, and Neuroscience/Posturology.
Neuroscience-based methods that enhance results, improve overall health, alleviate chronic pain, and help prevent and treat injuries.
Free weights up to 150kg (each dumbbell).
The exclusive use of Block Blue Light Technology, a groundbreaking lighting system with bulbs that mimic natural daylight—unlike harmful LEDs. This technology drastically improves mood, focus, and workout efficiency by promoting a healthier indoor lighting environment.
Your Goals Are My Goals.
I speak 9 languages, 5 of which I speak fluently.
Over the past three decades, I’ve developed my signature training methods, which blend advanced techniques from my various qualifications. I am a REPS-qualified Personal Trainer (Level 2, Level 3, with Level 4 in progress), Posturology-qualified, and more.
My career in fitness began in 1995 when I first trained clients, though I had been coaching family and neighbors in fitness since 1990. In 1998, I received my gym instructor certifications from the World Fitness Federation (WFF), undergoing regular upgrades from 1998 to 2003. In 2000, I earned a certificate from the Body Culture Academy. In parallel with my certifications, I worked as an Advisor in Natural Remedies for Arkopharma, a company representing natural supplements. In 2011, I became a Senior Advisor in Natural Supplements with NBTY, the company behind chains like Holland & Barrett and GNC
In 2020, I completed courses in Foot Mechanics and the Gait Cycle, and in 2022, I attended a Jaw and Body Connection course and a Sports Performance course by Posturepro with the renowned Annette Verpilott. Throughout my life, fitness has always been a priority. I’ve practiced calisthenics, powerlifting, yoga, Shotokan karate, running, and drug-free bodybuilding. I’ve been training myself for over 35 years and was the first athlete to lift over 600kg (1320lbs) in the hip thrust.
I also specialise in rehabilitation, particularly in recovering from substance abuse (including alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, and performance-enhancing drugs). Since 2004, I’ve volunteered with the Red Cross rehab program, helping people stop substance use and restore their health.
