I have been into fitness since an early age of 8 years old mainly running (cross country, marathons). I have 8 years experience in personal training and helping clients achieve their goals whether they want to build muscle or lose weight.

I am a bodybuilding athlete who competes in the men’s masters physique over 50s category. In November 2024 I became FIt X British champion for men’s master physique s and achieved over 45s and achieved my pro card. Came 2nd at the European masters championships in Milan Italy.
