I am a qualified and well-established Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and Nutritional Advisor with outstanding people skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate you to work towards your fitness goals, and sustain them once achieved. My experience is that we perform much better if we love what we do, so I will make sure that you grow to enjoy and love training and being healthy - both should be a reward, not a chore or a punishment!
I specialise in clients over 40, but welcome absolutely everyone, regardless of age, shape, health condition and situation. Based on your unique fitness circumstances and aspirations, I build highly individualised programmes that are upbeat, varied, and entertaining, by incorporating a lot of different movements from yoga through tai chi and hula hooping to boxing and dance moves! I am also quite flexible about locations: we can train in my fantastic PT studio, my or your home or garden, in a park, or even online, whichever is your preference. :)
