My journey began with training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied numerous innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories—from Ayurveda and gluten-free to Paleo, raw, vegan, and macro-focused diets.
Having learned from the best in customer service, I set a high bar for my client interactions. My curiosity drives me to experiment with various nutritional theories, allowing me to understand their benefits and drawbacks firsthand.
