I’m Panli Toure — a sports massage therapist, personal trainer, and private chef with a career built on passion, discipline, and constant learning. My professional journey began in Paris, where I trained and worked as a chef at the prestigious Le Matignon on the Champs-Élysées. In my early twenties, I moved to London and, at just 27 years old, opened my own restaurant in Marylebone. It was a proud milestone — and a crash course in leadership, creativity, and resilience. After several successful years, I decided to close the restaurant for personal reasons, and it became the turning point that shaped the rest of my career.
Driven by a love for health and human performance, I transitioned into the fitness industry. Each year, I committed to expanding my skills — earning qualifications in personal training, boxing, golf biomechanics, and, eventually, sports massage therapy. This combination of disciplines gave me a unique perspective on how the body moves, recovers, and performs at its best.
