I’ve had a passion for fitness and sport for as long as I can remember. From playing football as a kid to studying Physical Education at A-level, I knew early on that movement and performance were things I wanted to understand on a deeper level. That led me to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, where I graduated with First Class Honours.
Now, I combine my academic background with a practical, science-based approach to training that helps people feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence in their bodies. In my spare time, I love reading about new developments in fitness and health, spending time with friends and family, and constantly looking for ways to grow — both personally and professionally. I’m especially passionate about making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, no matter their starting point.
