I have been exercising from age 6-7 doing sprinting.  I started playing football age 9, I started going to the gym at age 18-19.

I have 15 years plus experience training in the gym.  I started doing calisthenics and yoga around 2005.  Eventually I stopped going to the gym and continued doing yoga and calisthenics.

I became a personal trainer in 2015, started working at fitness first, liverpool street branch as a perosnal trainer, in 2016.  I started doing frrelance personal training in 2017, and continued personal training, 

In 2019 I started doing fitness coaching on zoom [same as personal training] with a small group of mature women, over 60's who wanted to start a group for older women to keep fit.  The  zoom group grew to 20-30 people every week, I coached them for over 5 years.
