I come from a basketball / weight lifting background. These are sports I practiced for many years, along with athletics and handball. Seeing the positive impact of exercise on my health, mood and surroundings made me want to help others experience these benefits too.

 I take good pride in contributing in making people happier and healthier.

I have had the opportunity to coach a wide range of clients in the past helping them to lose body fat, tone up, reduce depression and anxiety, helped improving chronic conditions as well as increasing confidence.

My coaching style is holistic. There are many factors that are often overlooked when it comes to acquiring a new lifestyle, body and mindset and enabling you to make these changes sustainable. These are key to a successful transformation.
