I’m a personal trainer focused on helping clients achieve real, long-term results through structured, effective training — not quick fixes.

I have a strong background in sport, having competed and trained in swimming, water polo, hockey, and netball. This has given me a deep understanding of athletic performance, discipline, and how to train the body properly for both strength and endurance. I bring that experience into my coaching, helping clients train with purpose and confidence.

With a foundation in sports science and practical coaching, I design personalised programmes that focus on building strength, improving movement, and preventing injury. My approach is centred around proper technique, progressive overload, and consistency — making sure clients not only see results but maintain them.

I focus on building a solid base first — improving movement quality, stability, and strength — before progressing into more advanced training. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness, I tailor everything to suit your individual needs and lifestyle.

I also take a realistic, long-term approach to training, nutrition, and recovery. It’s about creating habits that fit into your life and results that actually last.

I will help you with:

  • Building strength and improving overall fitness
  • Fat loss and improving body composition
  • Learning correct form and gym technique
  • Improving mobility, posture, and movement patterns
  • Injury prevention and safe training around injuries
  • Building confidence in and out of the gym
  • Structured, personalised training programmes
  • Sustainable nutrition guidance (no extreme dieting)
  • Accountability and consistency
  • Sports-specific training and conditioning

Fun Facts:

  • I’ve played four sports — so I’ll probably coach you like an athlete without you realising
  • I care more about how you move than how much you lift (but we’ll get both right)
  • I’m not a fan of “quick fixes” — I’m here for results that actually stick
  • Expect me to say “slow it down” at least once every session
  • I train the same way I coach — structured, consistent, and with intention
  • I love pushing clients, but I also know when to pull it back
  • Gym confidence is just as important as physical results to me
  • Coffee is non-negotiable before early sessions
