Fun Facts: Outside of my personal training life, I am a dressage rider and was on a horse before I could walk. I used to work professionally with horses as a rider and groom for an Olympic rider, and now I ride for fun!
I am also an avid hybrid athlete and love incorporating as many forms of exercise into my life, including Hyrox competitions, and balancing it all with my passions for weight lifting and riding.
In 2026 I am looking to certify as a Biomechanics specialist, as I believe optimising movement and body functionality is the foundation of everything we do both in and out of the gym!
