Having originally trained as a dancer, I understand the importance of looking after your body with the correct training and nutrition to feel and perform at your best. I am passionate about helping people find a routine that works for them and their lifestyle and that they will enjoy doing! 

I have worked with a wide range of clients from people who are looking to add some simple movement into their lives after a long period of inactivity, to clients who are looking to train for an event or achieve next level results.
